These Terms and Conditions will be part of the contract between the customer and Patternorium.

 

Contract of Sale

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to Patternorium, you will be requested for full payment on which you will receive an e-mail/receipt confirming your order.

The ownership remains with Patternorium until the complete payment of the order has been made.

You will also receive a dispatch email, once the items have been posted.

 

Prices

All prices are given in Pound Sterling (£).

Prices may change at any time. If an error has occurred in the price, we will contact you as soon as possible & you will have the option to continue, amend or cancel your order.

The prices do not include delivery charges, these are added to your order at the checkout according to location.

Delivery Charges

Mainland UK delivery

Delivery cost is calculated by my website at checkout, orders are charged at:

£1.50 - £2.50 for up to large letter size

£3.60 for small parcel size

£5.80 for medium parcel size

£10.95 for large parcel size

International delivery

Delivery costs outside of the UK are charged at:

£2.50 for up to large letter size

£6.95 for small parcel size

£10.95 for medium parcel size

£15.45 for large parcel size.

 

Delivery is charged per order.

 

Payment Terms

Payment should be made in full at the checkout. Failure to make punctual payment may result in suspending any outstanding deliveries or to cancel the contract without prejudice. statutory rights will be exercised  to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if   not paid according to agreed credit terms.

While every effort is made to send complete orders, we reserve the right to make part deliveries.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do accept returns and exchanges however you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in a new, re-sellable condition unless agreed otherwise by us first.​

Items which are custom made or personalised are non-returnable. As are sale items.

​If you're returning an item, you will be responsible for the item and paying P&P. Once the item has been received and checked over I will issue a refund for the item. If the item is damaged or unsellable (unless previously discussed) you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Display on the Website

Although every care is taken to represent products as accurately as possible, colours may appear different on screen due to lighting, monitor and computer colour map differences and therefore are unable to guarantee that the actual products are exactly the same as appear on screen.

Please always check the dimensions given as images may not show it to the correct scale.

 

Use of Cookies

This website uses cookies as a way to remember and process items in your shopping cart as well as understand and save your preferences for future visits, e.g your chosen language. this information is used to observe and improve the website for your use. By using this website you agree with Patternorium using cookies.  You can disable cookies in your browser, however the some areas of the website may not function properly.

Your shipping/billing address and contact information will only be used to communicate with you regarding your order, to post out your order to you and for legal reasons, such as accounting. By placing an order or signing up to the newsletter, you are consenting to this data being acquired. 

 

Any data you have provided will be kept secure. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request a copy of any information held about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected or removed. To do so, please e-mail any time to patternorium@outlook.com

 

If you are aged 16 or under, you must get your parent/guardian’s permission before you provide us with your personal information. Unless you have this consent you are not allowed to place an order with Patternorium or give us your information.

We do not store, process or have access to your card details, they are processed and stored via third party payment service providers such as PayPal & Stripe, who will keep your information encrypted and secure. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies available on their websites.
