Product Manufacture and Shipping Policy

All products are lovingly handmade with high quality materials, this takes time to print and manufacture. Due to the handmade nature of my products, there may be some variation in colour between print batches.
As products are made to order, turn around time is 7-14 days as standard until dispatch. Please allow time after the 14 days for your items to reach you. Items are posted Royal Mail first class as standard, please contact us if you wish to upgrade to tracked, signed for or rushed delivery.
Some products are held in stock and therefore possibly your items may arrive sooner than stated times, however most will be made to order. If you require an item for a particular date please contact us to check the item will be available in time.

Please be aware that if you are receiving a parcel into a country outside the EU it may incur Customs charges. Any parcel assessed as being liable for Customs charges will also incur a Royal Mail handling fee of £8. Any goods imported/exported into/out from the UK over the value of £18 are liable for VAT. I do not accept liablity for these charges, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Also now because of new Brexit rules there are VAT charges on all orders into the EU from the UK,
Some platforms have integrated these costs into their technology (Etsy, Ebay etc) however as Patternorium is a stand-alone website, I cannot accomodate these charges into my pricing structure.
Until there is sufficient support online to add VAT costs onto your orders at checkout, I will be using the Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) method. This means that your VAT and customs charges will be applied once your order enters your country, and you will have to pay it before your item is released to you - instead of paying it when checking out on my website. You will be notified of these charges by your relevant shipping handler, and these items will not be shipped to you until these fees are paid. The VAT charges and fees vary depending on which country, and at the discretion of each country.

Return and Refund Policy

We do accept returns and exchanges however you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in a new, re-sellable condition unless agreed otherwise by us first.​
Items which are custom made or personalised are non-returnable. As are sale items.

If you're returning an item, you will be responsible for the item and paying P&P. Once the item has been received and checked over I will issue a refund for the item. If the item is damaged or unsellable (unless previously discussed) you will not be eligible for a refund.
